Our group tours are designed for you to enjoy the search process and focus on what is important: meeting new people and finding your next apartment. When you join our tour, the hassle of maneuvering around traffic between showings, paying for parking, looking for your Uber / Lyft driver, and not taking your eyes off Google maps is eliminated. We will whisk you away in a luxury shuttle to view 4-6 properties we have selected for your group.

If you do not select an apartment on the tour, our team will work with you individually to find you the right place. We do charge a small fee for this service; however, when you sign a lease with us, you get your money back!
